Climbing

The area of the Ardèche is well-known for the numerous possibilities it offers for climbers: 2000 itineraries located in more than 60 sites. Here are just a few examples of the sites that can be found close to the house, indicated on the drawing below with a green spot: sites Nr. 2 and 5 are within easy walking distance. Also, Le Pigeonnier is only 7km away from Vallon Pont d'Arc and 5km from Salavas and within a distance of not more than 20km there are numerous other sites to climb (See Map of the surrounding area below).

BERRIAS & CASTELJEAU Boulders VVF(Archeological site) : 28 routes of varying difficulty, ranging from 4-7b + hundreds of prepared boulders and venue for the annual Bouldering Festival held in June. This year's edition is on 12th and 13th of June.

CHAUZON Cirque des Gens: 312 routes of varying difficulty, ranging from 4b-8b (the perfect site for winter climbing)
