Down payment
If you are interested in renting this property, we kindly request to make a down payment of 25% of the rental as soon as possible in order to confirm your booking.

Deposit:
The deposit requested is 50% of the rent and should be paid upon arrival when the keys will be handed over. The deposit will be returned within a maximum of 10 days after your departure unless damage, deterioration ecc. has occurred during your stay.

We request that you ensure that the property is in the state in which you found it to be upon your arrival. If you do not intend the cleaning yourselves, please advise us upon arrival or, at the latest, 3 days prior to your departure so that we can arrange for it to be done. The cost for this service, at the prevailing hourly rate, will be deducted from your Deposit. Thank you for your understanding regarding this matter.

The change over day is Saturday 3 p.m. (Arrivals) and Saturday 10 a.m. (Departures)
